Fit Momma's hosts a range of classes throughout the week. Covering a wide range of areas throughout Wolverhampton and a variety of different classes, there's something to suit every Fit Momma!

PARK EXERCISE
Our park exercises offer ladies a chance to get out in the fresh air with their little ones and to get a really good workout at the same time! Don't worry about the weather because you'll soon be breaking a sweat...
Covering cardio, legs, bums and arms it's a full body workout, a lot of fun and an opportunity to meet with other Mom's. Ladies are free to go at their own pace so there's no fitness level requirements and no pressure to push yourself harder than you're comfortable with.

Park Exercise classes take place on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and are currently running at West Park Wolverhampton and Codsall Wheel Field.

Our indoor venue classes are still running and have been adapted so that we can continue running safely during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Classes alternate each week on a four week rotation to offer a wide variety of workouts.
WEEK ONE: Full body & Cardio
WEEK TWO: Legs & Bums
WEEK THREE: Cardio, Abs & Arms
WEEK FOUR: Full body

Venue classes take place on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday and are currently running at The Church of Holy Cross - Bilbrook, Newhampton Arts Centre - Wolverhampton & St Mary's Church Hall - Bushbury.
