Whilst being on maternity leave and keeping fit at home with my son, I decided that after receiving great feedback from my own workouts and personal transformation that I would love to share it with other moms.
Coming from a fitness background and a passion for helping others I decided to set up Fit Momma's.
WHAT IS FIT MOMMA'S
Fit Momma's is a place where likeminded moms who find it difficult to exercise, whether it be down to being unable to get a babysitter or lack of confidence can come together without judgement, and be fully supported reaching personal goals together.
My aim is to have fun, whilst you bond with your baby, other moms, and keep fit! Its a place where everybody understands the difficulties being a mom can face.
Post natal depression effects more than 1 in every 10 women within 1 year of giving birth, aerobic exercise can contribute massively to the recovery and prevent it from returning in the future.
FIT MOMMA'S AEROBICS
For moms that would like to keep fit in a fun way! This class includes a full body workout with a variety of unique aerobic exercises, floor work targeting post natal problem areas with your baby being used to help you regain muscle strength that you may of lost during pregnancy and a fun song for the little ones finish. A safe environment is provided for babies to play if they dont want to work out with you, with our "Fit Nanna" on board to keep an eye on your precious ones.
Not for the faint hearted! .. for mom's that are serious about getting into shape. With 10 weight training workout stations and cardio in-between, this class will definitely have you sweating. Again babies are included at each station and the play area will be in the middle so that we can keep a close eye on what they are up to if they don't want to help you work out, but again "Fit Nanna" will be there to give a helping hand.
Pregnant ladies can feel confident in exercising at Fit Mommas, The Classes include gentle cardio, and a full body tone workout. All exercises adapted and completely safe to do whilst being pregnant.
